Fix sidebar related inconsistencies
...
- Now all sidebar themes provide global helper functions for showing and hiding the sidebar
- No more errors are printed when the user attempts to activate a non-existent sidebar prompt through a keybind
- Sidebars with prompts cannot be hidden when their prompt is active

Fix issues related to maximization
...
- All windows now start unmaximized. Without this, windows that were
closed while maximized would be undraggable on their next launch.
- `helpers.float_and_resize` unmaximizes windows before resizing them
- Remove `helpers.maximize`
