Fix issues related to maximization
...
- All windows now start unmaximized. Without this, windows that were
closed while maximized would be undraggable on their next launch.
- `helpers.float_and_resize` unmaximizes windows before resizing them
- Remove `helpers.maximize`

Use naughty.widget.icon instead of imagebox
...
After https://github.com/awesomeWM/awesome/pull/3029 , issues with
notification icons not being rendered correctly or updated are fixed,
thus we can go back to using naughty.widget.icon

...
-removed use of deprecated function awful.tag.getproperty.
-check if the tag is selected, rather than checking if the tag matches the screen's selected_tag. This allows multiple tags to be selected (and use their selected icons correctly).
