Just for reference:

fontconfig: align Home Manager with NixOS and enhance docs (#1292) 
BREAKING CHANGE: The fontconfig target no longer enables Home Manager's
fonts.fontconfig.enable option and now sets Home Manager's
fonts.fontconfig.defaultFonts option instead.
