NAHO 3fb65013f7 treewide: rename mkTarget's configElements and extraOptions options 
Rename mkTarget's 'configElements' argument to 'config' and
'extraOptions' to 'options' to provide a more transparent interface with
the underlying Nixpkgs module system.
