Matt Sturgeon cf6c8ef1fa modules/lsp: be explicit about shorthandOnlyDefinesConfig ... `shorthandOnlyDefinesConfig` is true by default for `lib.types.submodule`, and false by default for `lib.types.submoduleWith` and `lib.evalModules`.
