c9507a9aa5 rizin: use xdg.enable and home.preferXdgDirectories 
rizin reads configuration from both $HOME/.rizinrc and
from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rizin/rizinrc and the module
now uses the relevant options for choosing between them.
