lib: Remove lib.deferredModuleWith fallback

The `lib.deferredModuleWith or (...)` pattern never matched because
`lib.deferredModuleWith` doesn't exist - only `lib.types.deferredModuleWith`.
This was always using flake-parts' own implementation.
