9967f8926b Fix wrong initialization of dock item indicators 
Now newly spawned clients that are focused should have be initialized
with the correct indicator.

f418845dba Remove obsolete amarena decoration theme 
Since ephemeral is not anti-aliased anymore, these two decoration themes
serve exactly the same purpose.

0b507ec076 Draw unfocused indicator for dock icons with cairo 
This fixes the ugly hack used to create the "cut-off" arc and rounded
rectangle shapes used in dock indicators.

ad9958e673 Add custom_decoration flags to clients and respect them 
This is needed when decorations are toggled. We do not want the custom
titlebars to be hidden by the `decoration.foo` functions.
