In both prior feature pull requests for this module there was a review after the pull request got merged, those are addressed here.
rizin reads configuration from both $HOME/.rizinrc and from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rizin/rizinrc and the module now uses the relevant options for choosing between them.
This adds a basic module for rizin which supports creating a basic rizinrc for configuration.
